Shipping & Returns
We know mom life is busy and sometimes hectic. We will strive to ensure all orders are shipped within 3 to 5 business days. If there are any shipping delays, an email notification will be sent to the email used at the time of purchase.
We want each customer to be happy with their purchase, no matter where they are from. Any orders shipped outside of the Unites States may take 5 to 7 business days from the time of purchase. If there are any shipping delays, an email notification will be sent to the email used at the time of purchase.
Please note: Customs charges may apply to items received from the United States. Please make sure to check rates online if you have any questions.
We strive to make sure every Mama is happy with her purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, we will gladly accept a return within 14 days of the date shipped. Please reach out to us via email at email@example.com to coordinate a return.
Please note: For Visy Bra purchases, the tags must still be on to receive a refund.
Please reach out to us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org to coordinate an exchange. Please make sure to include your order number. If you do not have it handy, please include your full name and shipping address.
Please note- additional shipping charges may apply if exchanging after 14 days from purchase. Visy Bras must still have the tags on to exchange sizes. Exchanges will not be accepted after 30 days from purchase.
Gift card purchases are non-refundable. However, they never expire and can be used towards any item on our website.
